All seems great, and is just fine except for one small update I believe is necessary. A hot tub is advertised and seems to have been replaced by palm trees. I was looking forward to it, but atleast the pool was warm enough for me.

This review is more of a warning for Wyndham Members, as well as, those using the Wyndham app. I am a high tier Wyndham member. One of the perks is the ability to cancel reservations late. I canceled my reservation at this location one evening via the app and it was confirmed. However, the property charged my credit. I called member support and they told me to call the property, so I did. The property informed me that they did received the cancelation electronically but they dont accept these, rather, only cancelations via phone are accepted. I asked where this was published and the responded that it wasn't, you just have to know. They also mentioned that I didn't cancel in time. I mentioned my member status and they said they don't support that. I called Wyndham member services and found that properties do not have to abide by the Wyndham rules or the app. So fair warning, I would not depend on app or your member perks. Book with the property directly and be sure you understand THEIR rules.

Location was great. Room was clean, my only complaint was that we booked a room for 5 people and had only 2 towels. When we first arrived for our early check in we were told that due to short staffing we would not be allowed to check in for several hours, which was a huge inconvenience since we were in town for a funeral, and had opted for early check in so we could get ready for the service. After a few hours we tried again, there was a different girl at the counter who checked us in and didn't know why we had been denied earlier. 🤷 Just seemed like the first girl was being lazy and rude.

Positive: Room smelled. The offer included breakfast. There was nothing but a coffee machine. No attendant in the morning. Overall, worst budget hotel we have ever stayed. Roaches in the bathroom too! Negative: Room smelled. Offer included breakfast. None. Worst budget hotel ever.
