Overpriced, unqualified, careless & slow , went in for cv replacement after 2 hrs they said they were having probs 1 more hr and they said they broke cv axel 45 min later (now it's too late for parts stores ) they broke cv mount assembly and informed me that was a 3-400.00 Part they couldn't get till next day , so it's night with a car that can't be fixed and a 400.00 job turned into over 800.00 due to their mistake ofc I had to buy new part even though they broke it Had to have car flatbedded home and do repair myself btw the 3- 400.00 Part was only 100.00 online new Since then I have spoken to several other dealers mechanics and all say there was no reason for breaking mount the pros just unbolt the mount and then remove cv on bench with heat My advice stay away unless it's a simple job

my shop got closed due to Covid so I made a appointment here at Midas, they did not tell me prices until after they took my tires off, I was there to have new tires put on and a inspection sticker because my actual shop did a inspection two weeks prior before they closed and said everything passed except the tires. so after they took the tires off I found out they were going to charge over $100 just to put tires on... which is crazy but I had no choice since they already started. then they didn't even pass my car for inspection saying I needed new break pads which is not possible since my other shop said they were fine and a couple months prior I had them replaced... I talked to them about it and they wanted to also charge over $400 for the breaks and I was very upset and explained that there is no way that I need new breaks or that I would pay that for it, they were very rude and would not listen and I spent over $100 for them to not pass my car and try to scam me and sure enough I went to another shop and it passed.. and no I did not need new breaks, I went to a different reliable shop too not a sketchy one so Midas just tried to scam you and their prices in general are horrible.. I'm not the only one who has bad this happen as well. Not impressed

Cleanest shop you see unless you go to a Porsche Dealership! Very polite but to the point. Aligned my truck on a Saturday with no appointment. Maybe It was good timing Idk. A clean and organized shop speaks volumes!

Went to get my exhust fixed they fixed the pipe that was rusted, then when they were done instead of telling me my muffler has a whole in it before they took it off the lift they tell me after. Had i been told the muffler had a hole i would have said to fix it. Don't tell me that the Mufflers bad after you've taken it off the lift you would think you'd want tell me so it can be fixed at the same time everything else was being done. So 3 stars and that's maybe one star to much considering rhe money i paid for the small amount of work they did.
