I was contracted through an agency. I was completely mortified with the care that the residence received. Although there are a lot of very good employees. They are staffing with not enough employees. Breaking laws. And pushing the staff to burn out and injury. The worst part is upper management has lied and cheated the system to hide a lot of these things. Especially with not supplying enough staff to give adequate care. Although most of the staff desperately tried. Food trays not going out residents having to wait over an hour or even two for food. Kitchen not having a staff to deal with food restrictions. Or even to get the food out in a reasonable time. Nurses abusing their power and abusing the medication that is given to the residence. Even a resident being so abused they had to go to the hospital. Then later passing away. This is a facility that should not be open. It truly breaks my heart that the good employees are being treated poorly. It bothers me even more that residents are going without adequate care. Having to lay in soiled beds. Staff trying to keep up. With not enough people. Having five people on one unit one day than one or two the next. The true shame is the management of the facility allowing this to happen. That everybody involved could turn a blind eye. This facility is beyond corrupt. Something you see on TV. But never could imagine seeing with your own eyes.

Their one nurse Marios is a pice of work. He has no business taking care of people. He's rude and neglects patients. My family will be reporting him to the state.

Staff is short handed. Food is served cold. Family is not updated on the care of the patient. Appointments for patient are missed due to lack of transportation. I do not recommend placing your loved one here.

This place should be shut down immediately. Some of the worst care I have ever seen. My mother has been there twice in the last month for rehab after a stroke and when my Dad came into visit had to call the ambulance because no one had even been in to see her she was then in the hospital for weeks, returned, and a week later same thing. Didn’t administer her medication properly then tried to catch up overdosing her, she was so out of it my Dad couldn’t wake her up. The staff could care less! If you love you family member DO NOT send them here!!
