I have been going to Waterville Tire Center for years. There was an issue with the wrong tires being put on my car but the issue has been resolved. I won’t get tires there again. Had very bad customer service the day after installation…from some name-unknown woman. I was told I was charged the wrong price for the original tires I had paid for. And even though the wrong tires were put on my car…. I would have to pay more to get the tires I originally paid for that we’re not put on my car….Problem was actually fixed at Skowheagan tire. Very disappointed. They Really need to make appointments….. 4 hours of waiting isn’t worth a discount price. Never ever ever will I go there again

I called 3 places and waterville tire had the best price for the same item out the door, and all the staff were very friendly, would go there again in the future.

Was visiting town from Baltimore, and had a leaky tire, plus two others that were wearing. Decided to replace all four, and Waterville Tire Center gave me a great deal on my favorite brand (Falkens). They did a great job installing too. Would definitely return if I was in town and needed anything tire or rim related!
