721 mon july 11 my dog is full of quils and. I asked if they were able to see our dog and got it shouldn't be a problem.they we're the first vet open and refused my service cause I was not a current customer ooh and now all of a sudden there will only be two vets on today . when at first she said it would not be a problem mean while I had plucked twenty out and my poor dog won't come near me now thanks .

Great staff. Caring people who helped me throughout my process of caring for an elderly cat I had taken in with renal failure. Was a blessing to have them apart of the entire journey.

I'm from out of state so finding an emergency vet was scary. I called MVMC and on the other end of the call was the most kind, calm voice. I was reassured immediately that they could help. My boy is currently in the ICU in the best care available. Dr's & techs explain with detail, answer questions in terms for the lay-person with little or no medical back round. They call when they say they will. If for some reason contact can't be made at the time that is set, you will be notified by staff prior. This is great bc when you have a sick fur baby is hard to focus in and of itself but when there is a delay on the time you are expecting an update many of us get even more concerned. I'm not certain as I type this review what my big boy's end result may be. I do know this however, he's in THE BEST PLACE. I highly recommend MVMC..

This is mine and my husbands husky. We've had her for almost four years. It's been a wild time for us with her. I want to share my experience with Animal Hospital of Waterville. Animal Hospital of waterville will always get my service. They have always had our dog and cats best interest at heart. Last summer, Luna developed a contusion to her spine. It was after hours, so we took her to androscoggin animal hospital where they sent me to Scarborough. Knowing it was a spinal injury my husband and I had no idea what we were in store for. While she was able to come home in 48 hours, Animal Hospital of Waterville called us every other day to check on her. Scarborough called me once and they're the ones that saw her! I was completely in awe that they called me every other day. Fast forward a couple months after. She was just shy of her 30 days after getting her rabies vaccine when a fox with rabbies entered our home and attacked her. I immediately put her into the car and off to the vet I went. They brought her right in, checked her over and gave her a shot to be safe. I was there for maybe an hour. They charged me for a tech visit. I was in panic mode and they not only took care of my baby girl but they helped calm me down. They really do treat your animals as if they are their own. I can't speak for other people, but I can speak for myself. This vet has been my life savor and they never make me question if my babies are in the right hands. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Luna loves you and that's more than enough for me.
