If I could leave a 0 stars I would. So I needed the charge port on a Nintendo switch fixed propper. Long story short I left a message telling them not to work on it since I thought the price was a bit steep and I figured I'd look else where. I called the day after I left the message and he told me he had already started on it. Went back and forth for a bit. Told me that he would give it back to me for $75 and eventually he just told me he'd give it back to me for free. My mother goes 2 days later to pick it up and he had already finished it?!?!? And he wanted $150 for it.... Totally scammed me and I would NOT recommend this place

No idea on the final work, called ahead, was told they didn’t require access to device, first thing the demanded was access. Flustered i moved to the side to get my wifes info off, was irritated and let slip some language, guy barked at me to watch my language, don’t need that on days like today. Be better, more kind to your customers or potential customers, i left immediately rather than escalate further. *edits* In reply When it comes to mobile devices, this is about trust. It isn’t what was said but how it was said. I will not return again.
