For 6 years this facility has been a saving grace for me. I am a difficult stick and have a lot of anxiety that comes with getting labs done. However, they’re always able to accommodate me here and there always seems to be a phlebotomist available that is very skilled in getting a successful draw. Today, I walked in and ended up having the quickest and easiest blood draw I have had in 15 years of getting bloodwork done. Tabitha was excellent in accommodating me, allowing me to use the recliner versus the regular chairs for my draw so that I didn’t get sick or faint. I’m still astonished at how quickly and easily she got the draw done and reassured me that I could take my time getting up. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated so well here by all of the staff I’ve encountered, from front desk to the lab and back. This facility is awesome and only gets better with time.

I waited over 15 minutes in the waiting area to be called to the back to do bloodwork. I was the only one in the waiting room! The lady who took my blood stuck the needle in and it hurt VERY much. When I said: "Yow! That really hurts!" She said: "Yeah, I figured it would be tender there but I knew it would give blood." What?? I have normal veins and have never had a problem doing bloodwork. My arm hurt so badly that I had to put ice on it for a long time afterward. The next day the area was black and blue. I'll never go there again. A terrible experience.

Rude, unprofessional, poor communicators, and zero empathy. I have had blood work drawn 4 dozen times throughout my life and this was the worst experience.
