VERY disappointed with the customer service from MB. We purchased a new AC & Furnace in 2020 and MB has have had to come out 5 times and we have had to pay every single time for things that we were explained that were in the warranty. I paid 100% of everything UP FRONT and now with the costs of the service charges and parts we have paid for the units twice over. When I called to request ANOTHER service to our furnace (will not stay lit) I was told "there is no record of this purchase" So i spent almost 10k with your business and there is no record of it? Do not use this company. Look elsewhere!!!!
