I went to the doctor in late December because of foot pain due to a medication. He said that I needed a pair of orthotics. He told me that he would contact my insurance company about them. At my next appointment on 01-18-19, I was measured and told that it would take 30 days to get them back. I called around February 28th to find out about the orthotics. I was told that they weren't in and may arrive in about a week. I called back today and was told that they didn't know when they would arrive. All that I got was I'm sorry. This is not good business especially when I am the only one reaching out to anyone. I want both of my copays back.

This is The question I'm asking like why No one Take Cash. It wasn't like this as a kid we all had free healthcare and as in today we trying to give our hard earns out for help our health problems and still can't get it I. find it bad.

Never had a problem. In fact I was dealing with foot issues that made it difficult to walk. The doctor is the best very knowledgeable and bedside manner is a blessing.
