If I could leave zero stars, I would. This entire medical office is inept and unorganized. Because of their ineptitude, I have a $120 LabCorp bill for a service I never asked for! The front office manager, LeMisha, is a liar and refuses to take responsibility for her lies and misinformation. The billing specialist, Rosie, tried to "cut me a deal" asking me to pay the medical office directly so she could, in her words, "use my payment to pay the lab". Why would I do that when I can pay LabCorp directly? SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT GO HERE! I was billed for services I did not authorize because the front office staff are unorganized and misinformed. I asked for a sports physical and instead, they gave my daughter a medical physical and charged me for the lab work. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told the physical was FREE. Never once was I asked for a dime or a copay. A month later, I get a bill from the lab. I call the office back to dispute it and LeMisha, the front office manager, assured me that she was handling it and she would rectify it with my insurance company. A month later, I get a past due bill from the lab and when I speak to LeMisha this time, she then passes the buck to the billing specialist. The billing specialist, Rosie, tells me that I was misinformed from the beginning; that sports physicals aren't free unless you also have a medical physical (never disclosed to me previously). She told me that the front office never verified coverage with my insurance company in the office. When LeMisha was "taking care of everything," that's likely when they discovered my insurance would not cover the appointment that they billed for. Instead of calling me and informing me of what happened, she allowed me to think it was handled and now I have a past due medical bill. Rosei also told me that the staff regularly misinforms people because they have a high turnover rate and this has been happening for a number of years. So because my insurance didn't cover the medical physical, the office didn't get paid. Because they didn't get paid, they refuse to contact the lab to dispute the bill. I'm stuck with a bill for a service I never authorized because the office is inept, petty and unprofessional. NOT TO MENTION, they have changed locations and still has not updated it on Google. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience I received from my daughters visit. They were able to get me in the same day I called. After filling out my paperwork we were called back quickly with no wait time. They even asked if she wanted a female doctor to make her more comfortable. The doctor and the staff were very nice and professional. I'm surprised the reviews are so bad.

Went in because I was told the physician could do my range of motion measurements, his assistant checked, didn't record anything and then he came in, and just referred me to occupational therapy, I literally brought in the mri results and images, just needed measurements, not a referral to somewhere else, I would have just kept my money and went else where if I had known he wouldn't do it, if you need an examination please go else where
