Been here 4 years, I loved when Kiyah and Will (maintenance) was here , they always took care of the residents , the new people that are in the office now and the maintenance crew are terrible! They never answer the phone ! The maintenance crew don’t fix anything! I’ve been without hot water and heat for months and my gas is paid ! This is ridiculous I pay all of my bills on time, I deserve to have hot water and heat! It’s almost winter smh

How can I contact the Property owner Ling Bin Li? I cant seem to get any help with the staff on site. Does anyone have the number to the Corporate Office? It is not listed any where. Do not move here. Property is roach invested, full of shootings, and illegal activities. The Trash is always overflowing, the tenants are horrible, and the property owners and management take no accountability whatsoever and are extremely uncaring and unprofessional. I've had to contact the city code enforcement, and the police department several times about several issues regarding these Apartments, the tenants, and management not keeping the premises up to code. Can't wait for the day they are finally shut down, it will make a safer environment and neighborhood for the residents in Riverdale.

I am having mixed emotions about this place. Pest control SUCKS. when I first moved in there were so many bugs i could sleep there the first two nights. I have had three other apartments and they were all facing the woods, I've never had ANY kind of bugs until now. My brother asked A.J about the crime history on the unit we were moving into. She told us that there hadn't been a break in since she had been manager. I found out by the neighbors (the ones she didn't want us to associate with) that the previous renters had the door kicked in. I highly upset with them. I told her I have custody of my niece and nephew and that they would be coming to live there with us once we settled..... with her being a mother I would think that she would be honest enough to tell me that this wouldn't be the place to bring my children. I am looking into breaking my lease and getting the hell out of Clayton county!
