I'm not sure what happened but looks like they're not sure if they have available apartment's or not and they are keeping applications on file for a while before they input them in the system. I called the center and they had available apartment's and was given an appointment and when I arrived there was no available apartment's. I then called again and was told there's available apartment's. What is going on with Sharonda Goodrum at the leasing office. I'm sorry I couldn't take any pictures of the interior unit because I was told there's no available apartment's. I wish I would have seen Mary B's review before wasting my gas and time.

I want my money back! For one it’s hard to get in touch with the leasing office, and when I finally did, she told me what was available, I did the app and fees, when I got done I waited to hear from them and didn’t, I called leasing office she said she will give me an update on my application later, I didn’t not hear from her, called the next day she said she will give me an update later and will called me back, nothing it’s been 30+ days still nothing, do I just did an app for nothing. App fees are already high at a time like this, I want my money back

Earlier in the week I had scheduled an appointment to tour these apartments. Received an email confirming the appointment. When I got there, the lady told me they had no apartments available to even rent nor tour and I drove a distance for the appointment. It seems to be a lapse in communication between the owners and those working for the owners. I was told by the person who scheduled the tour that there were 2 or 3 2BR apartments available but different story when I got there. A waste of time, gas, and money.
