The doctor is great it’s the Receptionist that’s unprofessional

If I could leave zero stars I would. Please do not come to this clinic. I came here specifically because it was black owned and thought that as a black woman that I would be treated with respect. Everyone at this facility from the administrative personnel to the OB/GYN was hostile and lazy. I had one appointment in which I was seen an hour late (even though I arrived early) and due to that I could not receive the the services that they had me pre-pay my co pay for. In addition to this, they refused to fax my records over to another facility after hanging up in my face when I initially called to inquire about the process. When I came in to get my documentation all three employees from the personnel at the front desk were extremely rude and the OB/GYN (who also refused to provide me with any licensing or even their name) cussed me out and proceeded to kick me out. I would like to add that not only had I remained polite and calm but they all knew I was pregnant before treating me the way they did today as I had an ultrasound with them. I do not recommend this clinic for any person for any reason whatsoever, this is not a safe space for anyone. I will be filing a formal complaint and I do have a recording of this event for further proof of the stress that I was placed under

I’m giving them a 4 star because it was sooooo quick I was in and out for an hour. I was sooo nervous and one of the nurse talked me through it. The receptionist seemed kinda annoyed like she didn’t want to be there and the doctor he was very demanding but I didn’t mind it because he was very fast and quick. They were my only option and they gave me medication to take but it didn’t necessarily kick in until after the procedure. I would honestly go here again even though you feel everything , it’s like severe cramps. Nothing I couldn’t handle.
