My Experience has been difficult and inconvenient. First my gas is cut off due to technical issues with gas south’s telephone payment system. Then I am unable to get some to return to my home until almost a week later because I have to be present for them to turn my gas back on, although I was not present when it was cut off. Now I have had a good friend waiting at my home for the technician to arrive. They arrive but they were not heard at the door. I called 5 mins after getting my message and it take 2 hours to reach a representative. It’s inconvenient for single business workers.

My Gas to my new construction home was just cut off due to Georgia Natural Gas and Atlanta Gas Light error. My family and I are currently in a freezing house with no heat, no hot water, and no stove top usage due to No Gas. Both companies had me on the phone for over 2 hours telling me that I didn't have an account, which I do have evidence of a whole Email, including an account number and my address, from days ago when I requested services. I've been told that the earliest date someone from Atlanta Gas light or Georgia Natural gas can come out to reinstall service is Jan 18th between 8-12pm. Yet a Snow storm and possibly coldest day of the winter is coming this weekend. Someone try to explain how this is not inhumane!
