The hotel stay overall was great! It’s located in a nice area with lots of things to see and do. the employees were very polite & professional, especially Patrick at the front desk. His customer service was awesome and he recommended me and my family to a restaurant that turned out to be fantastic! Definitely will book again 🙂

The staff and food are top notch. We stayed for a convention so we had catered private meals and Jennifer the waitress was not only on top of her game but super nice. The front desk staff had a customer service mindset with friendly and fun personalities. The hotel activities director had great suggestions and we appreciated her great attitude. There is a lot of construction going on now around the hotel though so be prepared to see cranes all over. The bathrooms were definitely on the small side and lighting in the room didn’t make sense. Everything we ate on site in the restaurant and catered was delicious. Lobby area and bar are nicely appointed when meeting others . Great location in town - walking distance to everything.

I've had the pleasure of staying at The Hilton St. Pete Bayfront for the past two months for a business project. In my time here, I have gotten acquainted with this hotel. I don't think I could have lucked out any more than to be in the care of the Hilton staff here. From day one, the front desk staff, namely John W. and Lauren, have gone above and beyond to ensure my group and I are well taken care of. At this point, I can name most if not all of the staff by name as they greet me with smiles as we exchange greetings. I have to mention John by name here as this is where he shines, as I understand not all guest interactions are pleasant. I have personally witnessed him handle tough situations gracefully and professionally, never departing from the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. John goes out of his way to accommodate any needs I may have and often suggests things to make my stay better/easier, before I even anticipate these. I can truly say he has made my time here (and first ever Hilton experience) a memorable one and one that I would highly recommend. The team here has set the bar high when it comes to guest treatment and satisfaction. The Hilton St. Pete has been a wonderful second home for weeks on end now and would be my hotel of choice if I am ever in St. Pete for work or leisure again!

We had a nice stay and were very happy with the hotel, the amenities, and the staff. Ernest was so helpful to me and getting our bags to and from the room. He was incredibly friendly and patient. The only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is the price—it was a little expensive in my opinion. They also charged the wrong credit card despite us providing my husband’s card at check in. Otherwise, if I’m ever in the St. Pete area again, I know where I’m staying.
