This place is awesome, we were in town with several friends for a concert, it's so close to downtown and the owners of 17yrs run everything themselves, they are very personable and accommodating. I honestly can't say enough good things about them and the way they take care of their customers. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had an amazing first time staying here. Owner Brian and ALL staff was fantastic. All so kind, helpful and professional. Interacted with us. The inn was so cozy. Loved the place. Price was very affordable. Within walking distance to alot. Can't wait to come back !!

Despite it being a historic property, the room was clean and smelled fresh. I was worried it may be dingy like some other hotels I've been to that are old. The front desk service was amazing. Bill welcomed us and was overly helpful and friendly. We also dealt with the owner on a couple of occasions. He was incredibly pleasant as well. The location is perfect, reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Our Inn is just about 1 mile from Tropicana Field, a nice walk along Central Avenue with its eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants/Cafés. If you prefer not to walk it, you can also take advantage of the free baseball shuttle (game nights only) which picks you up 5 blocks from the Inn. The shuttle starts 90 minutes prior to game time until 60 minutes after game end.
As said above rates vary by time of year and type of room as with any hotel. This is a special place to stay.
Are you asking about Bayshore Drive, here in St Petersburg? If so, we are 5 blocks west from Bayshore Drive, and 4 blocks to Beach Drive with all its restaurants, shops, and galleries.
