In regards to the apartment complex, don't live here! Our AC was not cooling our apartment in May 2021. We had maintenance come by to fix the issue and we were told that the outside unit was low on freon and that's why it wasn't working. During the next 2 months our AC would never go below 74 degrees even when set lower. In the middle of August 2021 our AC unit went out completely. We had an astronomical electric bill that was more than $100 higher than it should have been. We contacted management and they informed us that we would have to wait till the following Monday before they would even order the system. We contacted management in regards to compensation for our account for the astronomical electric bill and they informed us that because we were in the middle of summer and that the AC unit was working fine up until we put in the service request, they would not credit our account. When the responsibility lies with the apartment complex, they will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Do not live here if you want to avoid this lack of respect and responsibility.

I have been living here for 3 years now. Units are nice, roomy, parking sucks, garages are not near all units and are an extra 100. Month. Pet owners do not pick up after their animals. Property Management is not real easy to talk to/deal with. Home Office and Eva are great and helped me with resolving issue. Just being honest with my review.

I like my apartment. I've lived here since 2017. I can appreciate the quality of parking here. I dont have to worry about getting TOWED or having to pay an extra 35/40 bucks just to park. However, I wish we had a recycling option and I hate how dirty the stairs have gotten over time. I wish they would clean them.

We just received a new Assistant Manager and she is very rude. I think everyone she consider where you live and who you are going to be giving your rent to when you have to call this place home. This is my first time speaking with her and she didn't even introduce herself and was very rude. I asked for the Corporate office number due to Joanna (who is the Manager and is very nice and understanding) not being in the office until Monday and she put me on hold and never got back on the phone after I asked her for the number several times nicely. After putting me on hold she then at that point had someone in the office that I have never seen or met before tell me that they will call me back in 10 minutes with the Corporate office number and hung up, which I found kind of strange being that they work there most Reps have the Corporate office number because that is a very important number that they should have access to right away. Being a new Assistant Manager you would think that she would of handle herself a little more nicer or more appropriate but she never got back on the phone to provide me with the number that I had asked her for nicely, instead she had the other rep. get on the phone just to tell me that they would call me back with the number. So please consider this before you move over here. By the way Abraham is the best maintenance guy I have ever seen. He is always on top of every request and will go over and beyond to help his tenants in every way that he can. We really appreciate you.

I highly doubt it...sadly, unless you were directly affected. Apt Management groups are generally sticklers for the rules. But, never hurts to ask..
