Place is nice but there rules don't make since. They won't let you add additional lighting to the porch or back yard. And they don't fix there work out equipment. And the maintenance is a pain to get over to finally fix stuff.

Someone on the Property is proactively Breaking into cars and stealing and I have seen people jumping the fence to enter from the backside by the racketball court.
