Been here for 10 months now and love it! The walls aren’t thinner than normal. I can hear my neighbor when she’s drunk and/or yelling but that’s it. The management team is great! Maintenance and pest control done regularly. The office staff have always been super helpful and throw fun events for residents. Amenities are always clean and well kept up with. The best part is the built in dog door. I love not having to worry about taking my dog out when I’m running errands. There is plenty of parking, so not sure if that reviewer just couldn’t see or what. The community as a whole is wonderful!

Mansions of prosper is a neat community that I had the opportunity to visit and loved at first sight, specifically due to the wonderful customer service from the staff especially Yannick for guiding us through all the virtual tours. I highly recommend.

The place is nice, but very thin walls which is why we didn’t react there. BUT, the leasing agent Destiny was absolutely fantastic! She was professional and enthusiastic! Her big smile and cheery attitude was great to see! Thank you Destiny!

Yesterday I was able to tour this beautiful community and it's apartment homes. Yannick was my tour guide and he was absolutely phenomenal. He is the main selling point of this community outside of it's beauty. The clubhouse and grounds were immaculate and Yannick had such a positive aura that made me happy to be there. Kudos to Yannick, leasing & maintenance, because I am sold on this community. I HIGHLY recommend.
