Just sent a work order for my kitchen light to be fixed. They didn't just change my kitchen light, but also my dining room light and fixed my stopped up kitchen sink! Definitely feel like a priority and truly feel like they care! They do a fantastic job and they truly care about their residents and want them to be happy and enjoy living there. They have definitely given me more faith in the apartment complex as a whole.

I would not consider them low income. I leased my 1 BR/1 BR in April of 2021 and my rent is $951 for less than 700 Sq ft apt

Our community does not offer valet trash so as to keep the price of trash disposal lower and not attract pests.
