Let me start off with the property is in an ideal area and Bridget in the office nothing short of amazing. The property is beautiful. I like the property and they seem to listen to concerns of the tenants and reviews. The only thing I would say is walk your specific unit prior to moving in to confirm all of the upgrades are in it.

Worst maintenance i have seen ever. Not the worth to pay 2k plus rent. I have just moved in with high expectations on this apartment..but they failed in all aspects. Apartment condition is not good,very poor maintenance, equipments are old. When we open maintenance ticket they just come with one or other excuse to buy in time and not understanding the challenges we are going through. See the example photo of ac filter ,hell lot of dust,maintenance people saying their vaccum cleaner is very old and unable to clean it. Old dishwasher makes hell Of noise.i am fed up reaching out maintenance folks on daily basis since i moved in. It is a big list if i have to share.i would advise ,never consider this apartment for renting…not worth the rent they are charging.

My husband and I had toured this apartment a few weeks ago. The office manager, Bridget is extremely polite and a good listener. She took us around the vicinity and at every interval made sure to answer all the questions we had. She gave us ample time to explore the apartment by our own and offered us refreshments. (After touring a few apartments, we now know a very few ones have the courtesy to do that) She certainly has high standards of hospitality.

Bridget Radford is exceptional in knowledge of the property and area for any current or future resident. She is dedicated to making residents feeling comfortable and cared for in this community. She is expedient and thorough in addressing any concerns and gets to resolutions. She’s also personable and great to engage with. Add this on top of the amenities the property offers and the great floor plans and updated features, this is a great place to call home.
