This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The office and maintenance staff are amazing human beings - Angelina, Erika, and Lily made moving in as painless as possible, and they are ALWAYS super nice, attentive, and responsive any time I communicate with them. Lawrence and Miguel are good guys that actually care about the condition of the communities and the units. The community is quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of kids playing outside during the day on my side of the complex. It's a great place to live if you have children. My apartment is MUCH NICER than the one I was paying hundreds more for in Plano. I live on the second floor and rarely hear any neighbors, upstairs or same floor. The walls and floors/ceilings here seem to suppress sound really well. Location is phenomenal - walking distance to Towne Lake, the movie theater, Taco Bell, Whataburger, CVS, RaceTrac, hwy 75, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, move here and save some money and improve your life.
