Yes they have covid test
I have been there.But didn't have bloodwork done.They are very nice & helpful.
Not sure, but I doubt it.Usually an imaging facility.This is an urgent care facility.
They have to input an image of your physical insurance card into their system to tell you for sure. But they tell you and charge any charges before you are seen. No ugly surprise charges after the fact.
