Completely worthless place! Why even use the old ticket system when you never get to any walk-in and only do appointments only? At least have a window for them or don't even do them. How ridiculous! Literally watch them do nothing for 5 minutes just waiting to call another appointment number only. Zero stars if possible!

The people in driver record services, myah specifically, extremely rude and could use some customer service training. It’s not hard to be NICE via phone call. Try a different field of work cause you evidently don’t enjoy your work or make it pleasant.

In the last year, I have had more than a handful of encounters with the DMV. public service is hard, so I am being generous. 2 out of 5 visits got me a very pleasant employee. Helpfull, empathetic, and informative. The other 3 got me people who hate being a public servant. Providing minimal information, crabby, and just sloppy. This type of service only gets you to have to process the same thing a handful of times. Take the time and explain what is needed so you, as a public servant, are working smarter and not harder. Maybe you wouldn't hate your job so much! I never have an issue with appointments or getting through on the phone. It is just i always get stuck with the lazy angry lady!

So convenient they have a drop box for Documentation like renewing your tabs.... Inside the building which can't be accessed before 7:30am or after 4:30pm. Have to miss hours of work just to drop off paperwork, MERICA!
