Unfortunately there are few options to choose from. Unlike Fargo, Bismarck only have large car rental companies such as Hertz, Avis, and Enterprise. Those companies tend to be more expensive than the small companies such as Budget, Dallor, and Fox ...etc. In my opinion go with Hurtz, they have plenty of discount available. Search the web for current discount codes and promotions. Hurtz would most likely be the best price in Bismarck if you find the right pormo. Make sure you get a car at the airport so you get unlimited miles, if you care about that. In city car rental companies will be a little cheaper but they charge extra if you drive the car over certain amount of miles. Good luck.

It is about 115 miles, but you will have to through or around Bismarck. The hospital in Minot is in the middle of town. I would plan 1hr 45mins to 2 hours.
