This community advertises to be smoke free but I’ve been seeing and have also reported multiple times to the leasing office staff about cigarette buds and tobacco smell in the hallways and around the building. I’m writing this because recently I’ve had a really bad experience a day before the Labor Day. As soon as I opened my front door it smelled of cigarette/tobacco so strongly that I had severe headache for the next few hours. The gym equipment is not maintained properly and doesn’t have all the equipment. When asked for the missing equipment, was told that the management is looking buy. It’s been almost 3 months and still not replaced. I hope the management looks into it sooner.

Stayed At This Awesome Address For Two Years And I Must Admit My Beloved Family Cherished And Relished Every Bit Of Each Moment That Passed By. Excellent Rooms by All Standards With Awesome Amenities. Regular And Efficient Services Constantly Provided And What I love Most Is The People In The Resident Are Treated With Great Respect And Care. The Swift Service Offered By The Staff, Mr Neil, Mr Henry And Most Exceptionally Mr Alonso Whom Later Had An Accident And Its Greatly Recovering We Thank God, Were Exceptional. I Must Say Thank You All Soo Much For Your Readiness In Helping And Assisting Your Beloved Residents When The Need Arises. Maintenance is awesome but they need to upgrade all of their apartments. Nasty, pet owners don't pick up after their pets!!

I applied back in April for me and my bf, so I paid $90 for the application fee and $150 for the admin fee, the application did not go through the screening process yet, because my bf had to pay his part, and put in his information, well we decided not to move forward with the application, so I went to the leasing office and spoke to rebecca and told her I want to cancel everything and if I was able to get my money back, she stated yes she can cancel the application and refund me all my money since the application never went through the screening process, she canceled the application and my money was refunded back to me 3 weeks later. 3 months passed and on July 24th, I receive an letter from National credit with an amount of $340 due to the property, I was confused on why I owed them anything, so I called the leasing office Monday July 25th, 3 times got no answer, I left two Voicemails, and I did not receive a call back. I called again Tuesday July 26th, I got no answer, and finally I was able to talk to rebecca today. I told her what was going on, and she stated that we don’t refund application fees, and that since they held the apartment for me, I owe them $240 which includes the application fee, and $150 admin fee, then she stated they charged me an NSF fee of a $100, no where on bank statement showing they attempted to take the money back out my account ,and I never received an NSF from my bank.It still does not make sense to me, I feel as though since I am young she was taking advantage of that. She stated every apartment does that and I informed her they don’t cause that never happened to me before. She also stated it cost $90 to pull an applicants credit report, but I as I stated before my application never went through the screening process, cause the application was not fully completed. On another note, I never was informed of any of this, There is no proof of them attempting to take funds back from my bank, there is no NSF on my bank statement. Rebecca kept trying to rush me off the phone, and was talking over me, and told me she had to get off the phone and told me to set up a payment plan. I will be contacting corporate and submit a complaint with the better business bureau.

I need to know the Energy company I was told I needed to use? I thought it was CoServe, however I'm not locating them, but Reliant pops up in internet search, are they one in the same maybe?
