came here more than once . Understanding with covid-19 and all , but I called before and they told me you didn’t have to make an appointment, get here and 2 pages worth of people waiting , been waiting 2 hours now and they’ve only seen 3 customers since .

There was only one person there and she wasn't in any hurry. I dont know if that's the normal but she helped one person for 25 minutes. I just couldn't wait any longer and there was 8 customers in there. Still faster than the DMV but really hope they have more employees there than one.

I was amazed at all the services that The Notary Shoppe provided. I was able to handle every aspect of my vehicle transfer except the insurance, in my visit with them.
