The new management, Portico, seems even worse then the Connor Group. Could be a really great community with the proper staff and maintenance. Office staff is unhelpful and rude.

Maintenance has never took more than 24 hours to come by and fix something, Quite ambience, delivered packages in a safe room, grate elementry school with in 4 minutes away, easy online access to pay rent and submit maitance orders, Apts located in a good area.

Hey all! First, I've lived in Saxon Woods on and off again over the last 7 years since leaving the Marines. I've always loved it so I've kept coming back! That said, the current management here, Portico, has been fantastic to me. All the staff are professional, but more importantly, personable! They legit care about you. Destini, Zach, and Alina were the ones who I interacted with the most during this recent move in. Destini specifically was assigned to me and helped me find the best apartment for me needs, walking me through everything step by step. Her patience with me was top-notch! Nothing but smiles in this office! If you're looking for an apartment in McKinney, look no further! Ken
