I have been living in this place for about 4yrs. Things just get worst every year. I have had my apartment flood out every year. And now there are rats in the walls. The dumpsters are over flowing with trash. People don't pick you after their dogs. People parked in visitor parking some times get towed and taken all the way to Plano and charge $300 to get your vehicle back. But the rats have really taken this place down. This is not luxury living like they post on their website.

When they open on my leasing day they had none of the paperwork ready. They did not have a key made and when the releasing agent walked me over to the apartment the maintenance crew was still in there painting so when I did get back around 3:00 p.m. the maintenance guy had just left to get a key made I still have no mailbox key and I have no concierge trash can to throw away my trash which I pay for. They are nice enough if you ask for help but they make no initiative to make sure things are ready or done. If I could give less than one star I would.

I encourage you not to apply for these apartments. Management doesn’t care for resident needs and when you report an issue it’s never taken care of! When dealing with the office staff they always seem to have an attitude and don’t bother to help. It’s also not a safe place to live. I had someone break into my car twice and when reported to the property manager I was told they wasn’t anything they could do and that I would have to call the police which I did, but you would think the property manager would care enough to do at least something as I am paying $1500 to live here. It’s ridiculous!! This property desperately needs a better management team.

Lived here for almost a year now. Apartment itself is great. The washroom situation has been the worst. You have to pay to use washer machines that are small, don’t drain water and then you have to dry your load 5 times or it’s still wet. Causes delayed for the next person needing to do laundry because the dryer runs for an hour. I don’t mind paying for Landry but when I have to run things multiple times because the machines are not maintained and don’t work that’s a problem. Maintenance staff is very nice and quick to fix any issues inside the apartments. Office staff is nice as well. At this point really the reason I’m leaving 1 star review is due to the lack of concern for old washers and dryers that don’t work well while it siphons peoples money because you have to wash then dry 5 times. If that was fixed and it worked well it probably would not be that bad.
