If I could give a zero star I would. After move out they charge thousands of dollars in fees that they send to collection or just auto withdraw months later. They have a horrible problem with mice that I had to take care of myself because they only attend to the inside of your apartment even if your car is getting destroyed only in their parking lot 10/10 would never recommend living here to anyone

I paid this place $200 for app fee and Admin fee. That was over 2 weeks ago! I called after one week and was told some BS! Now it's 2 weeks and still not a word. The fees for apartments is crazy. Taking my money and absolutely no communication is horrible business! Went to another property and was approved within 24! Do not recommend this place! 🤬🤬

Ashton Oaks is the best! Jet is extremely accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is taken care of. Maintenance is also top notch and is super quick to get any work orders done or keep us updated with any issues that they are dealing with. We definitely plan on staying here until we find a forever home!

I used to live at this property, and recently helped my friend look for a new home here as well. The community manager, Jet, was AWESOME (as always), along with the rest of the Ashton Oaks team. They all made us feel like we were already at home, and helped my friend tremendously with her first apartment search. They were very accommodating and prompt to anything we needed.the community is also beautifully kept and the renovations look amazing!! Lots of beautiful trees everywhere and wonderful amenities. Also, very close to LOTS of great restaurants, stores, etc. Would 100% recommend.
