Springs at McKinney

Valet Trash never gets picked up. Even after complaining 5 or more times in leasing office, there is no use and the trash is always not picked from my home. After 10 pm, I had to go out in cold to drop the trash so that I can take my bin back. Getting charged every month for a valet trash service but then they really don’t collect the trash at door step. Didn’t had any other issue at this community so far and Maintanance is pretty good, but the valet trash is horrible to the core. What worries me is that there is no action taken from leasing office staff even after complaining 5 or more times. I am writing this review at 10:45 pm after frustration of going out on cold to drop the trash myself. This is 5th time on this month and leasing office is not really fixing the problem even after complaining many times.

I was originally here for just a few months but wound up extending my lease to ultimately be two years because it's a darn nice facility and maintenance is absolutely on top of it.
