I have been live here for about 3 years and I love it the Staff is great they are very very nice they keep the grounds clean and the comments that you hear people saying about roaches in mice are not true The maintenance people come when you call them and the cleaning people does a fantastic job of keeping the buildings clean but it’s so sad to say that I am leaving because of the rent is too high and I love this place And the parking is ridiculous I can’t say I never had a mice and I never had roaches at all I love Oxon Hill Village and I love my place and I really hate to leave and I just want to say thanks to Ms. Sonia and her staff❤️

I actually like my apartment which i never thought I'd say considering every complex i lived in was some bull. Autumn is very responsive and I have no roaches what so ever, my apartment is very clean and freshly painted. The only thing that sucks is the parking situation if you have more than one car. Its one parking space per unit and then you have to pay for additional cars and guest parking lot is far from my building. My building is clean too I can tell they take pride in appearance and that is a plus. I honestly have no issues and the things I had a issue with was very small nothing serious.

Power been out since 10:00am and I guess they said forget it they’ll get to it whenever they feel like it on another day smh. They will harass you about being late on the rent on these tore up overpriced apartments but actually had the nerve to tell ppl not to call about the power outage. Smh I knew they wasn’t worried about it. The rental office got power tho & the streetlights r on but no heat & “partial power” Partial power obviously doesn’t include the oven or anything in your apartment. By the Grace of the Most High I can not WAIT to move away from this dump and I will NEVER look back.

Please don't move here and waste your money. I received my key to my new place and it was rust on the kitchen sink. the tub was not glazed died bugs in the ledges of the closet doors the walls was damaged and not painted and the leasing staff and property manger said they was not fixing nothing in the unit. To make it worst you'll I never was able to move my stuff because the unit was never finished and I received my keys on October 26,2021 and its now November 5,2021. Stephanie Dixson should be fired as an property manager
