This is the worst place to live Latosha Dukes is very unprofessional she should be fired . The door was unlocked. She proceeds to tell me she cannot help me because they are not open so why is the door open? I went on Sept12 at 830 they were open and helped me!!! My issue is considered emergency maintenance instead of saying anything the staff looked at me like I was crazy said we open at 9. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Also i report that it was spiders 3 times no one has came to do anything about it. I have been here since April DONT MOVE HERE!! I

10/1/22Complaint Email to PM during business hours : I've placed a maintenance request at 6:45am regarding no HOT water and I've only received one phone call back from the maintenance team at 2:53 pm. I've had to boil water on my stove to wash my body. This is not a healthy living condition. I'm concerned about the urgency of emergency request response time. I was hopeful that this new management company would be better with responsiveness . However, it is showing a pattern of the lack of urgency to emergencies. Since my tenancy in March, I've had problem after problem and the response time has been over 6 hours for "emergency maintenance request"; this is unacceptable. I uphold my end of the contract by paying my rent on time. Update: 7:08pm( still no response from maintenance) AND NO HOT WATER
Peace & Relaxation
I will definitely not ever recommend this complex to anyone except for people who enjoy noise 24/7. The apartment has thin walls and more and you can literally hear everything going on inside everyone's apartment. People blast music to no extent that it sounds like you're in a concert but it's not even your house that is blasting the music. You can hear the creaking of the floors and tell when and where people are when they are walking. My goodness this is the ghetto if you don't know. Living here reflects how ghetto it is. I have been counting down the days on my lease because this is horrible living. I do not recommend. I cannot wait to move this is absolutely a horrible constructed building and your neighbors don't care if you have to work they will keep being loud. Smh.

Yes
Before 11pm most days. 11pm-7 or 8am is when they tow. Someone on a lease can get a parking pass or visitors pass with ID but if you go early enough there's street parking and you can get a good spot. Just watch for signs, the bus stop and fire hydrant because cops give tickets out like candy on Halloween.
