DO NOT MOVE TO TRASHCAN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND SUFFERING! If I could give zero or even negative stars I would. The only good thing I can think of about this place is it's right down the street from my job. EVERYTHING else is awful. Started off as my front door won't shut all the way, matter of fact, NONE of the doors in my apartment work properly; they either get stuck where I can't open them or they won't shut at all, as if this apartment internal structure is sinking. aspenplace even sent emails, on 9/29/2022, letting us know they were doing a key audit and I was excited about that, maybe they'll notice our front door doesn't shut and won't lock all the way. It's now 10/20/2022, almost a month and there's no word about our situation or no sign of help anytime soon. Next, there are no outside lights or security cameras outside the apartment where I live, I hear people yelling outside and all sorts of activity in the middle of the night. That doesn't make me feel safe plus the front door not closing and locking properly. Last but not least, I had my first exposure to bed bugs here. I reported and ask the landlord for help. I was told they we contacting someone. Four days have passed since help was required and they sure seem to be taking their sweet time meanwhile I'm getting eaten alive and having allergic reactions to all the bites on my arms and legs. I CANNOT wait for the lease to be up so I can leave this filthy trashcan apartment. Like I said, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! CHEAP RENT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN TO YOUR physical and mental health!!

Just turned in my official 10th work order in 4 months in what was supposed to be a new livable apartment. After mold infestation found due to lack of proper maintenance was moved into another apartment. We lived in the mold infested apartment for several weeks waiting for an apartment to get ready. They assured us it was ready. They added some littlte thing to the lease so we never know what our rent is ant it has went up every month as well . I have actually had about 20 work orders in 4 months and the new manager has an attitude like i should not be mad

I lived there many years ago .. worked at northpark mall and the quail ridge retirement center . Aspen place was very ---- BAd then . 1997? So far back --- horrible they were my apt.was broken into -- they dismanteled my toilet placed it in the bedroom floor that blue stuff went all over their carpet !! Had me run next door 2 shower so i could get 2 work --- then the gave me a eviction !!! I left state --- i paid ---

I'm experiencing that now. I really wish I had chosen somewhere else to live.
I have a friend who moved here...worst apartments ever. They never fix anything that breaks. She had water dripping from the upstairs apt. above her, into her kitchen cabinets. After about a month they finally checked to see that the hot water tank was broken and leaking. They never came to fix the water damage caused by leaking in my friends apt. There is no porch lights on any of the units where she lives and was told by the manager that were going to get them fixed.. That was 6 months ago! Cockroaches in her kitchen because of the neighbors. She keeps a clean apt. but they come from next door or upstairs. Doors and door locks are hard to open and close. Shower is a joke in master bathroom. Dirty stains everywhere. Also had a leak from the upstairs bathroom above her. Coming from the toilet upstairs leaking everywhere. The first month she lived there the air conditioning did not work and the management keep saying they would fix! These apartments should be condemned and torn down!!

All electric u dont want to live here they shut off water off all the time without notice roaches they dont fix anything they start we have a list of 20 things wrong with this place a single apartment they they havent fixed in a year we also have shortage in wiring in walls havent fixed that either

They are still working out all of the problems from the other management that came before them. I pray over time it will be a better experience there.
I cat sit for a friend that lives there. She moved in & a month later the upstairs apt flooded her apt. They have taken months to put new carpet down!
