Beware!!!! Do not leave your loved one here as long as Marsha is the administrator of the springs. Do not work here as long as Marsha is the administrator of the springs. This was such a wonderful facility until she ran it into the ground.

My grandpa was here for the skilled nursing facility. Never put a family member here. They don’t answer the phone. He had been quarantined for being new to the facility because of Covid. after the 14 days is up, He tests positive from Covid, that he got while he was there. My family transferred him to a hospital. My grandma tried to go back and get his clothes. (She tried calling ahead of time, no answer) They gave her a suitcase and a coat. She took it home without looking at it first. She went back and They have her random people’s clothes, none were his. BUT she had to show up in person anytime she wanted an answer. They never answered the phone. Also he was a fall risk and still fell multiple times while he was there. The first time he fell within 24hours of being there. My family called back to check in a few hours, did get an answer, and they went to check on him and after 20min never came back to the phone.

I was mistreated here for antibiotic treatment and then some of the nurses tried to put air in my pic line numerous times saying it was ok , a nurse Sonia abused my bruising my arm leaving bruises on my arm and was rough with me because she was intimidated by my medical knowledge , Aids let people sit in the cafeteria not paying attention to them cause they are busy on their cell phones , the resource lady is crabby and a smart a$$ but she pretends to take care of patients , Jonie is amazing , and Gepo needs to be fired , the activity's director is a angel , Angela and Mary are Angels .

Does assisted living offer 2 bedroom apartments? If so, what is the cost? Thanks!

Jenny Dunning | Nov 6, 2020
Webb Don | Nov 6, 2020

They do. There are too many options to list. Call them. They are quite friendly.

Do they allow pets?

Yes they do, only certain breeds though. They charge a pet deposit before you move in.

What's the monthly price ?

As Webb DON said, it differs depending in which facility you choose and what level of care the resident needs. They have independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. My mom has dementia but is able to live in assisted living. Her level of care is low for now and we pay around $3400 a month for living, care, food and housekeeping. I hope this helps - give them a call and set up a meeting, they are very accommodating and there is no pressure.

Would like pricing for memory care. Are there additional fees for level of service? Is the resident allowed to "age in place" if admitted into memory care? Do you also offer nursing home facilities?

The last time I spoke with the director about pricing at Memory Care was 4 years ago so for that, I'd give them a call and make an appointment to stop by. Yes, the cost goes up for different levels or tiers and they will clearly outline those levels for you. I can only speak from my experience with my mom's care - for example, she has dementia but is not at risk of walking out and can still communicate so we decided to have her placed in assisted living so she would be able to be more actively engaged with others. She did start out briefly in memory care (I had to move her here from out of state) but as they got to know her, assisted living seemed the best fit for now. Yes, there is also a skilled nursing facility on site which my mom used after surgery. I hope you find this helpful.
