I moved in a week ago and I love it!!! Jessica was so helpful in assisting my husband and I with the application and moving process. The office staff is so kind and welcoming! 06/14/2022 I called in an urgent request off hours during the weekend when maintenance is not on site. Stacy listened to my request, made a phone call and literally within minutes maintenance was at my door and made the repairs. Both front office administration (Stacy, Jennifer, Faye) and maintenance are always extremely kind and willing to help. I can't thank you guys enough for doing a wonderful job! I really appreciate your kindness and the amazing job you all do to keep our community clean and beautiful!!! Great place to live! Keep up the good work! Much appreciated!!! As always the maintenance crew is doing an amazing job! My request are answered promptly. They comply with all Covid-19 safety procedures. As well, they are friendly and happy to help. I can't Thank you all enough! You all are doing an amazing job!!! Our community here is extremely clean and beautiful! As well, my family feels safe living here! The maintenance crew are absolutely fantastic. Whenever I put in a service request my needs are met almost immediately and with a smile. Please keep up the good work! Village at Almand Creek is by far the best apartments here in Conyers!

We lived here for three years and they had set rates depending on the apartment style.
We had Xfinity for cable and Georgia Power for electricity
