Please don't eat here. Order take out because my one star is for the great chef but my experience was shaken by the staff on the floor. I'm from NY. A lot gets passed in NY so I didn't expect to find worst. It was so bad that it was my worst ever restaurant experience. From seating to no greeting to no one coming to take our order for another 20 mins. Dirty table, old dirty teapot... I mean... No! Don't eat here. Thank you to a patron who intervened on our behalf as she happened to be a restaurant manager. Just don't eat in.

Ms. Karen gave great service. The food was OK. What was crazy an employee and assistant manager start cleaning an air vent in the dining area where the customers were eating.

Entering in the front, not sitting close to others, and existing out anside door.
This restaurant has improved immensely in the last 6 months.It is a good idea to always inspect your to go order before you leave the restaurant and if there are problems bring it to the attention of the management. Most of the time he or she can easily resolve the issue.
IHOP it self, doesn't deliver, but try Uber Eats .Uber charges to deliver, so find out Ubers prices for that
