Do Not rent boats or jet skis from Water World. They rented a broken jet ski to my son and me. When the jet ski started taking on water in the middle of the lake, we called immediately. It took 7 tries to get someone to answer the phone and they finally sent a boat to get us and tow the jet ski back to their dock. Then, they told me we would be lose our $500 deposit because they had to pull the jet ski for service. Really, they never should have rented the jet ski to us if it takes on water! I have rented boats and jet skis for 15 years in Chelan. We went to Water World recently because they were the only place that had availability. Now I know why! They are dishonest and offer HORRIBLE customer service. I also noticed their boats and jet skis are in worse shape than other places I've rented from. Rent a jet ski in Chelan cause it's a great experience. Just don't rent from these criminals!

We rented a couple paddle boards from them, awesome price (way cheaper than a few other places we saw) and we intended on bringing the dog with us. Unfortunately I have horrible balance, so it wasn’t safe to put the dog on the board. The AMAZING staff volunteered to keep her while we went out on the water, and all of them gave her loves and attention while we were gone. Very impressed with the young kids (not that young, probably high school age) they had working. Will definitely rent from them again when we go back to Chelan!

This business tried claiming that we have to pay for damage that was done previously. They told us a little paint scratch would take about 5 hours to fix with $75 and hour being charged. Then they tried to claim that keying our car would make it even and then everything would be settled. We come here every year and spend thousands of dollars on there products. They were NOT reasonable with how it should of been delt with, especially when our group didn’t cause damage. I do not recommend coming here, you will be blamed for something you didn’t do so they can make more money.
