Receptionist is hard to work with and rude. Tried to pay a bill on a property that is in my name and she would not do it because I did not open the account. Likes conflict as previously stated. Was rude to my 2 other partners that spoke with her previously.

Zippy is great! Excellent phone service. Very reasonable rates. Couldn’t ask for better!!

They have been pretty good for almost 20 years. The receprionist however is not easy to talk too and appears to like conflict. Also several neighbors agree with us that the drivers are somewhat reckless with there speeding using garbage trucks.

Service is actually pretty decent. Outside of a couple incidences that were outside our control, I feel they have been accommodating, prompt, and reliable. The receptionist is not customer friendly however. She is short, seems irritated and leaves you feeling that somehow you are doing her a favor by using the service. No "is there anything else I can help you with today?" or how about "Thank you for being a valued customer", or how about "happy Holidays". At the end of the conversation just an irritated, awkward silence until I said "thank you". I have three accounts with Zippy and I saw what looked like an independent garbage company in our neighborhood. Maybe there are other options in Manson.
