I would not recommend going alone as a woman. It’s a beautiful park, but sadly it needs more maintenance and possibly some security measures to help the people experiencing homelessness who congregate there.
SBgoeagles!
Signed up for a bike riding event to this place, it was very educational and good to see spaces being utilized for the benefit of the community! Great place to hang out and catch the sunset!

Went there once and it literally has nothing to offer. Very disappointed in this short line.

Street parking or the parking lot next to the railpark off of 12th on Callowhill.
It is technically accessible but last night we watched two separate groups struggle immensely, one giving up completely due to the gravel. It looks beautiful but this park is absolutely not accessible for people with wheelchairs, and probably not strollers either. While there are some paths on the side, they do not run the entire length of the park. It is not wheelchair or stroller friendly.
No playground. Last I was there- there were a few portopotties. Although not specifically park related they're are large bench swings.
No it does not. One end has stairs and the other end you enter from street level
It's two blocks from Chinatown with lots of restaurants and snack shops
You can walk a bicycle, but not ride, only 2 blocks long
There is only street parking and parking lots which charge money. You can also enter through stairs on the south side of Callowhill St between 11th and 12th
