The views are probably the best on the lake. Absolutely amazing views of the Cascades and the lake. The tasting room and patio are beautiful. Think Italy or France. The staff was super friendly and wonderful. The wine is great. Had some slightly better on the Northside, but theirs was delicious. Didn't try any other southside wines to compare though. The food was OK...: Chelan lacks resturants, especially 'fine dining'. This fits the niche but it needs work. The bread was served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing that should have been on a salad. A good EOOV or butter would have been a better choice. The clams were tiny. Unsure if this is a west coast thing or not. Much bigger on the east coast. The broth was great. The shrimp rossoto was meh. The shrimps were good, but like a lot of places for some stupid reason, had the tails on. Had a nice spicy heat on them. The rossoto itself was mediocre.

What a lovely place to spend a summer afternoon! The villa and the garden are so beautiful! Wine tasting is $15pp which can be waived if you purchase a bottle. Wines are great! We like Chardonnay and red blends.

Awesome experience! The view is absolutely beautiful in dinning area, the staff were all very friendly. The food was ok, the paw Risotto had a really good texture and I wish it can be less salty and sour for me.

Started off with wine tasting, then had lunch. Definitely recommend the spicy shrimp risotto. Everything was perfectly cooked. After we were finished eating, we spent a few hours outside. So peaceful and relaxing to have a glass of wine by a fire with the sound of waterfalls. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Hi Nick, We aren't hosting summer concerts on a regular basis anymore. However, we host an event every Monday 4-6pm on our Upper Terrazzo called Music Mondays. We have live music, happy hour discounts on wine, and appetizers from Sorrento's. This will go on through Labor Day. We are also hosting a jazz concert with Justin Young on July 20th. This will be a ticketed event and more information will be posted soon on our Facebook page and via e-mail. If you haven't signed up for our monthly newsletter yet, you can visit this link and use the sign up form https://tsillancellars.com/contact/. Our newsletters are the best way to stay current with events happening at the winery.
Hi Gregory, Marge is correct. Our Nudo Chardonnay is aged in 100% stainless steel, compared to traditional Chardonnay being aged in oak. With the Nudo being aged in stainless steel, it gives the wine a lighter and crisp flavor to it, somewhat similar to Pinot Grigio or Viognier. It's personally my favorite white wine that we produce here and I don't even like Chardonnay! Let me know if you have any other questions, Sincerely, Jamie Dowell Marketing Director, Tsillan Cellars
Highway 2 to 172. Just a super steep hill down (12 degrees) to the Columbia river once you turn off 172 so I would take 97 if you go in the winter
