Hi Gregory, Marge is correct. Our Nudo Chardonnay is aged in 100% stainless steel, compared to traditional Chardonnay being aged in oak. With the Nudo being aged in stainless steel, it gives the wine a lighter and crisp flavor to it, somewhat similar to Pinot Grigio or Viognier. I believe it is processed without the oak barrel. Call them and ask. They would be happy to go into more detail.
