Amazing place. Strongly recommend water socks or closed-toe sandals to protect your feet. And LOTS of sunblock!! My daughters, 11 & 14, loved it. My hubby flipped over in the yellow tube slide and clobbered his head on the concrete. No major damage. Still loved it. We'll be back!

Over all experience was great. My Kids had fun for last minute plan. Things to bring for first time 1. If plan on using electronic locker bring $8 in small bills (exact change only) for all day use 2. Two or three Ziploc sandwich bags, one for your phone and any cash or change you may be needfor food purchase's. 3.soft or collapsible coolers are allowed, but no glass items are. 4. If you happen to be one of those parents where your son or daughter tends to run off without you with excitement or without fear. try using high visibility clothing. My go to is neon orange or neon yellow to help you spot your kids 5. Try to arrive before 1:00 p.m. it tends to get quite crowded in an early crowd for an all-day of fun on the slides ( closes at 7:00 p.m.) 6. For surfing lessons you might want to try being there extra early around 8:00 a.m. so you could sign up, that part of the area has a different entrance which is past the slide Waters entrance and is free to enter. lessons are sold separately and has a seafood Taco truck, coffee shop and surf shop plus seating overseeing the lake

This is the third time I have visited here. Every time I always wonder why it has taken me so long to come back. This is a fantastic place to come and relax. A clean! spot to hang out and enjoy the water. I haven't enjoyed hanging out with so many strangers and waiting in the (short) lines so much ever. Our time spent here was amazing. It may have a smaller blueprint but it hardly feels like that is a negative when you visit. Hints: Season passes are a steal if you live near here. Bring towels, chairs, sunshades, snacks, drinks, and all other items you need to stay comfortable. Get there early for the best spots on the lawns. Biting bugs were prolific in the shade. If you can, grab a cabana. They sell out fast, so the earlier the better.

It's a small place and entry fees is around $30 plus tax. It offers clean and enjoyable experience. A family friendly atmosphere and for especially to preteen kids. The rides and slides are good for the price. One can spend 3 to 4 hours easily. I wish it had wave pool and few more adults rides. The parking is free and ample.

$25 per person. Fee for everyone one to enter. Well maintained.
Yes
Depends, there are 30 mins sessions available to Slidewaters attendees or there are stand-alone 45 min sessions that cost $40/45 min session.
We have 2 rides that are only for guests 48 inches or taller. The rest of the park is open to anyone with some rides requiring guests to be able to swim or have life saving devices.

Labor Day
I’m not sure if the water is heated, but the water is not freezing cold it’s quite nice and it’s not too hot for your not cold when you get out. If you are cold there is a very nice and toasty hot tub near the lockers rooms and the thunder rapids exit.
Yes on some I know you can my daughter wore aqua socks there
Yup! Free viewing for Slidewaters patrons and general public.
$30 pp. Or rent the whole wave for your group $310 for 45 minutes.
Yes they sell beer now where the never-ending wave is they have a small tiki bar with a few selections of ipa, Budweiser and whatnot!
No you can still reserve the cabanas
Tickets online gets you in the gate faster
This place is closed for now.
Absolutely not. Opening on time soon.
Yes it is,I was there yesterday they open 10am to 7pm
Yes they are!
It says today is the last day of the season. 👍
There are several close by, weekends are impossible during the summer. Best bet would be staying 25mins away in Wenatchee if there is nothing available in Chelan.
Nop. You can pay before entering or you can order them online and show them your receipt at the entrance. I personally buy them online to pass and enter faster.
No, but you can just across town.
Not yet!
My opinion is that it would be entirely dependent upon how your son reacts to the water. Unless he has an aversion to it in general I've never found the water to be too cold. And there is always the hot tub, lazy river and toddler wading area if that were how he felt upon getting there. I love this place and wouod suggest it is worth the risk.
They open memorial day weekend so yes
Thru Sept 2👍, you can also verify that on their website
Are you open the last week of August 2019. week- days ???
standard swimsuits are good. I'm sure cutoffs wouldn't be allowed.
Yes! In the rules it says you can bring a small, soft over the shoulder cooler bag. No large coolers. You also are allowed to have food and drink from outside the park, however, no alcohol or glass bottles or containers. Bring what you need when you enter the park because you are not allowed to go to your car and bring food in later once you are in the park . They also reserve the right to inspect your bag. Hope this helps. Have fun!
Yes, you can pay at the gate
I don't recall them charging tax, just straight cost of tickets.
Slide Waters opens at 10am. If you are wanting to go during the weekend your best bet is 10am or 12pm.
They have areas/covered you can rent and have a birthday party at. ❤️ You can check prices for different sizes on their website. If you are asking if they rent out the entire park for private parties, I don't think so... But you may be able to offer which money to make it happen! 😄
Yes but nothing in the summer
Go to chelan slidewaters online
Near the thunder rapids there is a small little cut off where you can swim, but it is quite small and shallow. There is seating everywhere on the grass, the grass can be damp sometimes too either use your towel as a blanket to sit on or bring a blanket.
