Yes! In the rules it says you can bring a small, soft over the shoulder cooler bag. No large coolers. You also are allowed to have food and drink from outside the park, however, no alcohol or glass bottles or containers. Bring what you need when you enter the park because you are not allowed to go to your car and bring food in later once you are in the park . They also reserve the right to inspect your bag. No big coolers just small lil cooler bags..
Not 100% sure, but I don't think you can. Outside food and drink prohibited, allowing coolers would make it a little too easy for people to smuggle contraband.
