Slide Waters opens at 10am. If you are wanting to go during the weekend your best bet is 10am or 12pm.
It's least busy in the early morning and at night, if you're referring to by time of day. If by time of year, I'd recommend avoiding mid-summer, as that's when it's most crowded. Spring is a good option, as is early summer
