Terrible experience with these guys. $293 for them to tell me I need to dig a new well. I had asked them to diagnose why my pump is not pulling the water left in my well into my house. They failed to diagnosis the issue or really try. He was here for about 30 minutes. Never check the suction, the foot valve, the piping, etc. Then my technician out right lied to his boss and said I tried to hire him under the table. When I called, they sided with him and also accused me. Will not make this mistake again.

I will definitely use Creech's plumbing and septic service again. I called this company based on their reviews and they were definitely on point. Mrs. Creech was a pleasure to work with in scheduling my appointment and her notifications which had to be made long distance. My service technicians Hunter Creech and Porter Watson were very knowledgeable about the job that was presented to them. It was a pleasure to have them at my home doing my repairs. They were very knowledgeable about the job that was presented to them. They answered my questions and made suggestions of their other services with an explanation that would prevent future problems. Hunter and Porter sold me on these services which I also took base on the way they were explained. Hunter and Porter I hope to see you when I call back for my three year service.

Called late last week and informed them I needed my septic tank pumped and they quickly put me on the schedule and was out here first thing Monday morning. Arrived, quickly got to work and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing. Job completed and you can’t even tell they were here. Cleaned up everything. Very satisfied with the work and I would 100% recommend doing business with them.
