As Webb DON said, it differs depending in which facility you choose and what level of care the resident needs. They have independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. My mom has dementia but is able to live in assisted living. Her level of care is low for now and we pay around $3400 a month for living, care, food and housekeeping. I hope this helps - give them a call and set up a meeting, they are very accommodating and there is no pressure.
It differs. What amenities you add and under what buy back option that you choose. Call them. They line it out rather clearly.
