All electric u dont want to live here they shut off water off all the time without notice roaches they dont fix anything they start we have a list of 20 things wrong with this place a single apartment they they havent fixed in a year we also have shortage in wiring in walls havent fixed that either

total electric. Make sure you check well for bed bugs there. Several apts have had them. My daughter lives there and her whole building had them.
