You think that is bad, try 21 days no hot water...yes they turn off the water and they could atleast send out notices to the residents, but ofcourse thats not going to happen. I've personally giving up trying to get things fixed around here....
They have 1 emergency shutoff switch for the entire complex so if someones xyz thing is leaking, well theres all of your water turned off
