No one is ever available to answer the phone or returns your call when you leave a message. I applied and was denied because of my credit and have yet to be able to speak to anyone to see if they allow a co signor. Not only that, but it’s been almost a month and my administrative fee has yet to be refunded. If I wasn’t approved, that money should go back to me. Keep the application fee, but give me the rest back.

I am telling the reviews are not lying and I have been here for 7 months. All of what everyone is complaining about is 100% accurate. I have had issues before even moving, so I had no choice because the deposits were already deducted from my account and I needed a home for my kids and I. Boy I am going to tell you it has been such a rollercoaster since then. I cannot blame the maintenance guy. At first when we met he did have an attitude, but I do understand why. He is "maintenance" not the property manager and I feel that we all vent to him for the problems, but he isn't responsible for their wrong doings. I have been trying to get in touch with the management for 2 days now and no response. The previous property manager did the exact same thing complaining she was busy. How busy can you be managing just this property, but nothing never gets done. I have yet to meet a property manager. Even the new property manager now is not responsive. I called to the management office and they said they work remotely. Who cares I work remotely just as well as others, but I still have to get my job done. It is an urgent matter that I speak with someone, and still no call or email back. I agree with the last person I will be leaving this place as soon as my lease is up and I WANT MY FULL DEPOSIT. I will put up every fight in me that's for sure.
